How TA Laser Engraving Started
TA Laser Engraving began in 2022 with a simple idea: use technology and craftsmanship to create personalized products that people would be proud to give, receive and use.
What started with individual custom projects has grown into work for businesses, departments, organizations and customers looking for everything from one-of-a-kind gifts to branded products, recognition pieces and larger coordinated orders.
Today, TA Laser Engraving continues to grow around the same basic approach: listen to what the customer is trying to create, understand why it matters, and find a practical way to bring the idea to life.
Experience Behind the Business
The specialties at TA Laser Engraving reflect the actual professional background behind the business. Before starting TA Laser Engraving, our owner Michael built a career across the military, maritime industry, emergency services, healthcare and technology.
Military & Maritime
Michael is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and served as a licensed merchant mariner, sailing professionally as a deck officer. That background brings firsthand familiarity with maritime traditions, shipboard life, military service and the milestones that come with those careers.
Fire & Emergency Services
Michael has served with numerous volunteer fire departments and EMS agencies. That experience provides firsthand familiarity with department and station culture, the people who serve, and the traditions, milestones and recognition that are meaningful within the Fire & EMS community.
Healthcare
Michael is a registered nurse with professional experience in the hospital environment. That background provides a practical understanding of healthcare roles, departments, professional recognition and the people behind the titles being engraved.
Technology & Business
TA Laser Engraving is operated by Technology Ant LLC, reflecting another part of Michael’s background. Experience with technology, design and small business influences how TA Laser Engraving approaches everything from artwork and production to branded products and larger organizational projects.
